As a black, neurodivergent immigrant, I faced unique challenges and pressures. Unaware of my ADHD, its symptoms made me feel broken and impacted my ability to sustainably glow up, leading to constant burnout, chronic depression, and debilitating anxiety.
I founded Brown Girl ADHD to empower you—black and brown women with ADHD—offering support, resources, and a community where you feel seen and heard.
