As a black, neurodivergent immigrant, I faced unique ​challenges and pressures. Unaware of my ADHD, its ​symptoms made me feel broken and impacted my ability to ​sustainably glow up, leading to constant burnout, chronic ​depression, and debilitating anxiety.


I founded Brown Girl ADHD to empower you—black and ​brown women with ADHD—offering support, resources, and a ​community where you feel seen and heard.
